How long does my order take to ship?

If your item is in stock, it will ship immediately. Custom orders take 1-2 weeks to make, depending on the item, but I work hard to prioritize individual requests.

What is your return policy? 

Items that are not kitchen use products can be returned. Contact me through the form below, and if I can’t fix the issue, you will receive prepaid return label. A full refund will be issued once I receive the item.
